30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, goods must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We cover return shipping when the issue results from our error, damage or a defect. These claims are not subject to the unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns.
Return costs
Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, funds will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with a return or refund.
